Hernando Pizarro Leongómez (1959 - 25 February 1995 in Bogota) was a Colombian guerrilla, not only known for being the brother of the commander of the 19th of April Movement (M-19) Carlos Pizarro Leongómez but as the second in command of the Ricardo Franco Front and like Jose Fedor Rey aka actor Javier Delgado for the slaughter of Tacueyó Cauca.

Not much is known of his life. Just know that marriage is the son of Pizarro Leongómez and younger brother of Carlos. Like his brother started in the guerrilla group Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC, but Hernando stays until 1980. It is known that his efforts to acquire weapons for the FARC.

In 1980 the so-called integrated command of the M-19 Carlos Arturo Sandoval Valero, made several raids on warehouses and incursions concentrations school.

In August 1984 a group led assault on Yumbo (Valle), the prisioners released from prison and plundered trade.

In January 1985, which became known as the second desdempeñaba group leader Ricardo Franco. In addition, he led the assault on the town of Santander de Quilichao (Cauca), killing two policemen. In April of that year, he led a group of anti-social in the town of Paez (Cauca), killed two other policemen and stole weapons. A day later, he led the assault on Toribio (Cauca), killing four officers. In mid-1985, was accused of actively participating in the murder of 164 people. Known as the most genicidio of Tacueyó. In October, he led the assault on Miranda (Cauca), where they destroyed the police post and the Caja Agraria.

In 1986 he went into hiding after the persecution by the FARC and the army. He was one of the protagonists of the Slaughter of Tacueyó, Cauca, where he participated as a torturer of "infiltrators". After the end of the Ricardo Franco, Hernando Pizarro even gone into hiding in 1995 and is taken from a residence in the south of Bogota, after begging for help from neighbors in the area, killed in a suburb south of Bogota and corrupt officers some false CTI Police.
