Henry Medina (born 16 March 1981) is a Guatemalan football defender he is a former member of the club CSD Municipal of Guatemala's top division. He was also a member of the Guatemalan national team, which he represented at the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Medina is currently playing for the club Deportivo Xinabajul which plays in Guatemala's top division.
