Hazel Ann Mendoza (born on April 26, 1988 in Barcelona, Spain) is a Filipina actress who is a former Star Magic talent. Her mother is a Filipino and her father, who has died, was Spanish. She became an artist of GMA Network for half-year, but returned to ABS-CBN just recently and was part of Television series Eva Fonda^[1]. She is the half-sister of Nadia Montenegro and the aunt of Alynna Asistio.

Hazel is now back on GMA-7 to be part of the indirect sequel of Darna as one of the new villain starring Marian Rivera and Iwa Moto.^[2]

Hazel studied in Adamson University with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Education. In 2009 Mendoza was moved back to GMA Network
