HMAS Success (H02) was an Admiralty S class destroyer laid down by the Northumberland Shipbuilding Company, Limited, of William Doxford and Sons at Sunderland, launched on 29 June 1918, and completed in 1918. She was transferred to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) in July 1919 and commissioned as HMAS Success on 27 January 1920.

Success paid off on 21 May 1931, and was sold for scrap on 4 June 1937.
