Gulzar Hussain is a Pakistani Chef who has become famous since Pakistani local Tv network HUM started their Food/Cooking channel called Masala TV. The Chef Gulzar shows starts on MasalaTV at 9:oo PM local time, which is why they have named it Live@9. He has been televised for several years.^[1]

Gulzar acquired his professional training as a chef from Japan and has worked on Japanese cuisine for 12 years. Gulzar's name has become synonymous with simple yet delightful recipes which are easy to make. The theme varies from the local to international cuisines and is based on the viewers requests received through e-mails and letters.
