Guillermo León Valencia Muñóz (April 27, 1909–November 4, 1971) was the President of Colombia from August 7, 1962 to August 7, 1966 and was a member of the Conservative Party. The son of poet Guillermo Valencia (who unsuccessfully ran for president twice), he was born in Popayán, Cauca and died in New York City, United States.
