Greyson Fletcher (born March 8, 1991) is a professional skateboarder and actor.

Greyson Fletcher was born March 8, 1991 in Orange County, California, but has since moved with his mother, Jennifer Fletcher, to Anaheim, California, to be closer to filming studios and locations.[1] Fletcher is the son of Professional Surfer Christian Fletcher, who is separated from his mother.[2]

Fletcher was raised in a family of surfers, and took to the sport naturally as a young child. However he found himself excelling more at the sport of skateboarding.[3] Greyson has been able to travel and compete across the United States, participating in skate clinics and demos. He has also had the opportunity to travel to Europe and Australia with his father.[4] He lists his favorite skate spot as Marseilles, France.[5] He also had the opportunity to visit Bali, Indonesia, where his father now resides, and was able to skate and surf with the locals.[6]

Major sponsors include Vans, RVCA Clothing, Anti-Hero Boards, SabreVision Sunglasses, Independent Trucks, Spitfire Wheels, Motto Griptape, and Cartel Lowrider Bikes.[7]

At the age of 12, Fletcher was featured in the 2003 skate video "The Next Invasion". He is one of several Groms featured, promoted as The Worlds Premier All-Grom Skateboard Tour. Also featured on this DVD is a young Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins.[8]

Fletcher made his acting debut in the HBO series John From Cincinnati in 2007. Series Executive Producer David Milch was researching the show when he came across Fletcher, and was inspired to cast him in the show, playing Shaun Yost. Fletcher was originally brought in to consult on the skateboarding and surfing scenes, but Milch asked him to work with Ed O'Neill to see if he could act. In the end, Milch decided to cast Fletcher in the series.[9] While busy with filming, Fletcher always had his skateboard with him and fit in a skate session when he could.[10]
