Grégory Tafforeau (born 29 September 1976 in Bois-Guillaume, Seine-Maritime) is a French Norman footballer who plays for SM Caen as a defender.

After eight years at Lille OSC, Tafforeau, along with club officials, chose to prematurely terminate his contract. ^[1] On 4 April 2009, SM Caen signed the left-back on a free transfer, Tafforeau having previously played for SM Caen from 1998 to 2001^[2].
