Gottaplay Interactive Inc (gottaplay.com) is an online video game rent-by-mail service. They are in many ways similar to Gamefly. It provides access to a library of thousands of gaming titles, spanning 9 popular gaming consoles (XBOX360, Wii, PS3, XBOX, PS2, GameCube, PSP, Nintendo DS, and GameBoy Advance). Their main distinguishing feature is that they have nine distribution centers in the US pushing to make turnaround time shorter for customers. Gottaplay also has created a POS rental software that is marketed to and used by brick and mortar video game retailers to allow their stores to rent games immediately.

The company has undergone a management change in late 2008. The location of the company's headquarters have changed from Washington to New York. They have priortized customer service which was lacking in the past. They have added a new contact number to their site in January of 2009 and do not use any automated operators. Operators are instructed to get back to members as quickly as possible when a message is left after hours.
