Gortnahoe (Irish: Gort na hUamha, meaning "Tilled Field of Awe") is a village on the R689 regional road in County Tipperary. It is located 6 km (4 mi) south of Urlingford, County Kilkenny. It is 3 km (2 mi) southeast of the N8 Dublin - Cork road. Gortnahoe which is pronounced as Gortnahoo by the locals, forms part of the united parish of Glegoole-Gortnahoe.
