Gevrik is a soft, full-fat goat's milk cheese produced in Trevarrion on the north Cornish coast, in the southwest of England. The name means "little goat" in Cornish.[1] Its flavour has been described as "fresh [and] mellow"[2] or "clean, fresh [and] nutty".[3] [edit] Sources
