George Adams was a Scottish professional footballer during the early 1920s who played as a full back.

Adams was playing for Montrose when he appeared as a trialist for Dundee Hibernian in April 1921. Signing permanently in the summer, Adams made his second debut in August but was released nine months later, in May 1922.^[1] His subsequent activities have remained undocumented.
