Gadarwara is a city and a municipality in Narsinghpur district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India.Gadarwara is famous for production of Pulses(Lentils). Almost all varieties of Lentils are available in this small town. Gadarwara has record no. of Lentil producing mills(approx. 90).

A beautiful hill station Panchmari is also 80 km from the city which lures a lot of visitors all over India. There is one beautiful temple In the city know as Damru Ghaanti which basically comprises A large Shiva Statue and a huge shiv linga turns out thousands of devotees on Mahashivaratri Purva, besides this Narmada River is 20 km away from the city.

Its also has given birth to the Bigwigs like Osho Rajnish( belongs to a JAIN family ) and other than him Ashutosh Rana ( Real Name Ashutosh Neekhra ) and National Politician Mr Rameshwar Neekhra who has been MP in 1984 Congress Government and Heading the Bar Council Of Madhya Pradesh for more than 10 years.

Being the Origin of Saint Osho Rajnish this place becomes the tourist city for the Americans and other follower from Australia and Europe. It have got souvenir left behind after him, some are like his School his house his other belonging also his small Ashram.
