The Gabon national football team, nicknamed Azingo Nationale, is the national team of Gabon and is controlled by the Fédération Gabonaise de Football. They have never qualified for the World Cup finals, but had fast start in the 2010 qualifiers and almost made it to the World Cup, only to lose to Togo in their last game, while Cameroon defeated Morocco 2-0, ruining celebrations.
