The Ricardo Franco Command, Ricardo Franco Front The Commando Ricardo Franco was an armed group led by Jose Fedor Rey aka Javier Delgado and Hernando Pizarro Leongómez which split from the FARC on the 80s. Their base of operations is concentrated in southern Cauca in Colombia.

It was the worst guerrilla group in Colombia known for its massacres towards the civilian population, also by bloody battles with the FARC, also had an alliance with the 19th of april movement (M-19) being the brother commander Carlos Pizarro and Hernando Leongómez. Also had the best weapons in testimony Gustavo Petro.

Was part of the National Guerrilla Coordinator (GNS) with the M-19 and Quintin Lame Armed Movement, but was expelled from the coordinator after the slaughter of confirmed Tacueyó.

It reminds one of the bloodiest episodes, the slaughter occurred in the town of Tacueyó, department of Cauca, more than 164 guerrillas were slaughtered under orders from their commanders, especially Javier Delgado.

Never participate in peace processes, however, after beating both the army and the FARC, was running out. Hernando Pizarro killed by a matter of common crime in Bogota, while Javier Delgado ended up working for the Cali cartel until its dissolution, after he is arrested on charges of rebellion and murder, was later murdered by FARC guerrillas in the prison of Palmira .
