Freiha Altaf is a Pakistani model, dress designer and producer. Altaf started her career in the mid-1980s as a fashion model. She was introduced to several models in the industry, like Vaneeza Ahmad.

She has also worked in television; her first show was Rozi of PTV, in which she was the lead with co-star Moin Akhtar. She runs her own production house, Catwalk Production, in Karachi.

Freiha was Executive Producer and Creative Director of the 2007 Lux Style Awards.

She has two children, son Tarhan and daughter Parishay.
