Francisco Llera Blanco (born January 18, 1981 in Ribadesella) is a Spanish sprint canoer who has competed since the mid 2000s. He won a gold medal in the K-1 4 x 200 m event at the 2009 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Dartmouth.

Llera also finished sixth in the K-2 500 m event at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
