Francesco Acri (1834–1913) was an Italian philosopher and historian of philosophy.^[1] Born in Bologna, he was an exponent of spiritualism and he was influenced by Antonio Rosmini-Serbati.^[1] He wrote Videmus in aenigmate (1907), Amore, dolore e fede (1908), and Dialettica serena (1917).^[1] He is best known for translating several of Plato's dialogues.^[1]
