François Beaugendre was an early twentieth century French road racing cyclist who participated in the 1903 Tour de France (the first Tour) and finished ninth overall. In the 1904 Tour de France, he won stage 4 and was leader of the race for one day. His brother, Omer Beaugendre, won the 1908 Paris-Tours race. [edit] Major results
