Finn Cooley is a fictional villain, an enemy of the Punisher from the Marvel Comics MAX Punisher series. He was created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Leandro Fernandez, and first appears in the story titled Kitchen Irish.

Finn Cooley is a hideously disfigured Irish criminal, a mob boss and a bombs expert. Cooley must wear a facial mask as half his face was blown off in an explosives accident.
