Fernando Óscar Bandeirinha Barbosa born on 26 November, 1962 is a former Portuguese footballer who played as a defender. During his career he played for FC Porto, Varzim SC, Académica Coimbra, and FC Felgueiras.He was a last-minute call-up to the Portugal national football team for the 1986 FIFA World Cup. He won a senior cap but also played in various youth national teams.
