Felicia Afrăsiloaie (born January 16, 1954) is a Romanian rower who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics.

She was born in Piatra Neamţ.

In 1976 she was a crew member of the Romanian boat which won the bronze medal in the quadruple sculls event.
