Fayza Ahmed (1934-1983) was an Egyptian singer and actress of Syrian and Lebanese ancestry.

Fayza Ahmed was born in 1934 in Sayda, Lebanon to a Syrian father and a Lebanese mother. She eventually had five children and nine grandchildren.

Fayza Ahmed died on September 21, 1983^[1] in Cairo after suffering from cancer.
