Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz (1945 – August 21, 1999) was the eldest son of Fahd of Saudi Arabia. He served as Minister of Labor and Minister of Youth, and was president or chairman of many bodies relating to sport.

He studied at the University of California at Santa Barbara, graduating in 1971. In that year, he became Chairman of the Saudi Football Federation. He became Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee in 1975, and Chairman of the Arab Games Federation in 1976. He became a member of the International Olympic Committee in 1984. He was also president of the Arabian Football Union, Arab Football Union, and head of the National Committee on Drugs Control. He also served internationally as president of the International Swimming Association.

He died of a heart attack in King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, aged 54, shortly after returning from the Pan Arab Games in Jordan. He was survived by two sons, Prince Nawaf and Prince Khalid, and three daughters.
