Eva Birnerová (Eva Birnerova) (born August 14, 1984 in Duchcov, Czechoslovakia) is a professional female tennis player from the Czech Republic.

Coached by Tim Sommer since October 2005, an all-court player who prefers playing on grass. Began playing at age 4 when father introduced her to game.
In juniors, Birnerová was 2002 European Champion in 18-and-unders.
In 2006, Birnerová won her first WTA Tour Doubles title in Stockholm, Sweden, along with Slovakia player Jarmila Gajdošová.
She reached the third round of the 2007 Australian Open Women's Singles draw, losing in two sets to defending champion Amélie Mauresmo.
On Jan 29, 2007, Birnerová achieved her career-high singles ranking: World No. 59.
