Euphaeidae is a family of damselflies in the order Odonata. It is sometimes called Epallaginidae They're common known as gossamerwings. It's a rather small family of damselflies, has around 70 species. They occur Old World tropics. They're large and mostly metallic-coloured. They look similar to species of damselflies in the family Calopterygidae.
