Erin Victoria Phillips (born 19 May 1985) is an Australian professional women's basketball player. In the United States, she currently plays for the Connecticut Sun in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and for Adelaide Lightning in the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL).

Phillips is the daughter of Greg Phillips, a longtime Australian rules football star. She did not begin to play the game of basketball until she was 13.

Phillips was selected 21st overall in the 2nd round of the 2005 WNBA Draft by the Connecticut Sun. She chose to remain in Australia for a year before joining the Sun in 2006.

At age 19, Phillips made the Australian basketball national team.
In April 2008, Phillips created controversy when she did a photo shoot for men's magazine Alpha wearing skimpy SpencerLacy lingerie.[1] It created hype for the Opals team prior to the Beijing Olympics later that year.
She was playing for Ramat Hasharon (Israel) during the 2008-09 WNBA off-season.[2] She will be player of Lotos Gdynia (Poland) in season 2009/2010.[3]
