Emmanuel Gómez (born December 20, 1990 in Banjul) is a Gambian soccer player who currently plays for Toronto FC in Major League Soccer.

Gómez began his professional career with Samger of the Gambian Championnat National D1, where he was considered to be one of the top young centre backs in his nation.

His play with the Gambian Under-20 National Team sparked interest among many Major League Soccer clubs. In early 2009, Gómez signed with Toronto FC^[1]. He made his debut for Toronto on 6 June, 2009, in a game against Los Angeles Galaxy.^[2]

Gómez has represented his nation at various youth levels. He has been a regular member of the Gambian U-20 National Team. He also was a member of the squad that competed in qualification for the 2009 African Championship. He has been selected to train with the Gambian senior national team, but has yet to make his senior debut.
