Emanuel "Eman" Kiriakou (born New Castle, Pennsylvania) started playing music at the age of twelve in his father’s Greek band.

Throughout the 90s, Emanuel worked as a session guitarist. In 1996 he won a Clio award for his work on an advertisement for Miller Light. He has recorded and released over 20 instrumental records under the Lifescapes moniker. He also contributes many of the instrumental parts to the tracks of singers he produces.

Emanuel is an American songwriter, producer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He currently co-produced the first single and title track on Whitney Houston's upcoming record entitled "I Look To You". Emanuel co-wrote and produced the first single on David Archuleta's record entitled "Crush" which debuted at #2 on Billboard, the highest American Idol debute to date, which received 1.8 million downloads. Emanuel's multi-format single for Nick Lachey's "What's Left of Me” hit top 5 on the pop Billboard chart and #1 on the Dance Chart. He also recently produced and co-wrote The Friday Night Boys "Off the Deep End".

Emanuel's music has been featured in television shows and major motion picture soundtracks, including the award-winning My Big Fat Greek Wedding. He has worked with chart-topping artists David Archuleta, Jesse McCartney, Celine Dion, Jordin Sparks, Joey McIntyre, New Kids On The Block, Backstreet Boys, and Nick Lachey, among others.
