Elli Ochowicz (born 1983-12-15 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an Olympic speed skater who competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics and 2006 Winter Olympics.

Ochowicz is the daughter of Jim Ochowicz and Sheila Young.
