Professor Elizabeth Nneka Anionwu, RN, PhD, CBE, FRCN is Emeritus Professor of Nursing at Thames Valley University.

Before her retirement in August 2007 she was a nurse and Head of the Mary Seacole Centre for Nursing Practice (Faculty of Health and Human Sciences at Thames Valley University) and Honourary Professor of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Nursing.

She is currently Vice-Chairperson of the Mary Seacole Memorial Statue Appeal.^[1]
