Elena Sergeyevna Efaieva (Russian: Елена Сергеевна Ефаева, born June 6, 1989 in Glazov, Udmurtia, Russian SFSR) is a Russian pair skater. With former partner, Alexei Menshikov, she is the 2007 Russian national bronze medalist. Their partnership ended in 2007.

In the 2007-2008 season, Efaieva competed with Sergey Roslyakov. They placed 10th at the 2008 Russian Figure Skating Championships. Following that season, Efaieva teamed up with Artem Patlasov, with whom she placed 8th at the 2009 Russian Figure Skating Championships.
