Eduardo Barrios Manzano (born September 14, 1955 in San Francisco, California, USA), better known by the name Edu Manzano, is a Filipino actor, politician and TV host . He is currently the host of Pilipinas, Game KNB?; he replaced original host Kris Aquino.

He was also the host of game show franchises, Weakest Link and 1 vs. 100.

Manzano is the father of Philippine actor Luis Philippe Manzano and the former husband of Batangas governor Vilma Santos. He was also once married to the Philippine actress, known as "The Diamond Star", Maricel Soriano. He is known for his villain roles(mostly in action films, though he also plays the lead character in some of them), supporting roles and his sense of humor.

Manzano is the founder of the non-profit advocacy organization called Ako Mismo.

Manzano is engaged to Pinky Webb.[1]

He is currently part of ABS-CBN contract actors
