Eddie Dee is a reggaeton singer and song writer.
[edit] Musical careerIn 1993 Dee released his debut album Eddie Dee & The Ghetto Crew. His second album Tagwut featuring "Senor Oficial", won him the Puerto Rican Rap and Reggae Award for Best Lyrics in the year of its release.[citation needed] Dee's most notable achievement came with the release of Los 12 Discípulos) in 2004, which was ushered in by the hit[vague] single "Quitate Tu Pa' Ponerme Yo" which featured appearances by Daddy Yankee, Ivy Queen, Vico C, Tego Calderón, and others. Dee co-authored Daddy Yankee's "Gasolina." He also co-authored the single from Daddy Yankee's Barrio Fino en Directo, "Machucando".
