Dylan Yeo (born July 16, 1986 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who currently plays for the Hershey Bears of the AHL. He has also spent time with the Manitoba Moose of the AHL and Victoria Salmon Kings of the ECHL. Prior to turning pro, Yeo played for both the Prince George Cougars and Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League.

During his time with the Hitmen, Yeo once sang the Canadian National Anthem before a game.
