Dustin James Wathan (born August 22, 1973 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American former professional baseball player. A catcher, Wathan played in Major League Baseball for the Kansas City Royals in 2002.

In 2007, Wathan was a member of the Philadelphia Phillies organization and played for the Reading Phillies and Ottawa Lynx. Wathan retired at the end of the 2007 season and is currently managing the Clearwater Threshers.

His father is former Major League Baseball player and manager John Wathan (Who also broke the single season record for most stolen bases by a catcher set by Ray Schalk in 1916) and his brother is current Minor League Baseball player Derek Wathan.
