Dualstar Entertainment Group, LLC is a privately held American limited liability company owned by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, which makes movies, TV shows, magazines, video games, etc. Dualstar was initially run by Robert Thorne and Greg Redlitz, who had significant minority stakes in the company until the twins bought them out in 2004. They then appointed a new CEO, Diane Reichenberger.

Dualstar is based in Los Angeles, California, although they have offices in other locations such as London. Dualstar videos and DVDs are distributed by Warner Bros. Entertainment. The company has also represented twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse.^[1] This contract has ended prior to or around April 2009, according to a post on the Sprouse brothers messageboard dated April 21, 2009.
