Donnaleigh Bailey (born 17 January 1983, Balsall Heath, Birmingham) is an English actress, best known for playing Senior Practice Nurse Michelle Corrigan in the BBC One daytime soap, Doctors. Her first episode, Junk Soul Brothers aired on the 8 June 2006. In 2007, she was nominated for Best Actress and Sexiest Female in the British Soap Awards for her role. She was again nominated for Sexiest Female in 2009. Donnaleigh is of Jamaican descent on her American-born father's side and of Irish descent on her mother's side^{[citation needed]}.

During 2001 she had a recurring role as Jenny in the Carlton Television revived series Crossroads.

Donnaleigh currently plays Senior Practice Nurse Michelle Corrigan in the BBC's daytime, Birmingham based, soap Doctors. Donnaleigh first appeared in Doctors on the 8 June 2006.

Donnaliegh made her first appearance in June 2006 as Nurse Michelle Corrigan in the BBC's daytime soap Doctors.

The following year she began her studies at the prestigious Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA).

In 2004 Donnaleigh had a guest spot on the BBC One continuing medical drama Holby City. She played Debbie Allen, a pregnant teen who loses her unborn child, in the episode One is the Loneliest Number].

Bailey played the part of Colleen O'Malley in Ruffian Productions' Martha Loves Michael during the 2005 Edinburgh Festival Fringe at the Pleasance.

Although she was born and raised in Birmingham she is an avid Liverpool fan. Donnaleigh is best friends with former Doctors star, Martha Howe-Douglas.
