Donna Lynn (born September 21, 1936 in Walukee, Oklahoma)^[1] is an American model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its November 1959 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Frank Bez.

Lynn later dabbled in acting, appearing in three films.
