Harry Richard "Dick" Knight is an English businessman and a former football club chairman (2005-2009).

A life-long fan of Brighton & Hove Albion, he took control following the effective ousting by fan pressure of the previous board following their sale of the club's Goldstone Ground to property developers.

In 2005, he owned 375,000 shares in the club's holding company, making him the largest shareholder at 29.61%.

On May 18, 2009, Knight was replaced as chairman at Brighton by Tony Bloom, who had successfully secured £93 million funding for Falmer and secured 75% shareholding at the club ^[1].
