Tracy Souter Barrett [Kewpie Dick] (September 28, 1906 – October 30, 1966) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played between 1933 and 1945 for the Philadelphia Athletics (1933), Boston Braves (1934), Chicago Cubs (1943) and Philadelphia Phillies (1943-1945). Listed at 5' 9", 175 lb., Barrett batted and threw right-handed. A native of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, he attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In a five-season major league career, Barrett posted a 35-58 record with 271 strikeouts and a 4.28 ERA in 141 appearances, including 91 starts, 32 complete games, three shutouts, two saves, and 729.0 innings of work. ^[1] In the minor leagues, Barrett won 325 games in a 24 season career. ^[2]

Barrett died at the age of 60 in Seattle, Washington.
