Devin Renee DeVasquez (born June 25, 1963 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in June 1985. She first appeared in Playboy while a student at Louisiana State University in the October 1981 feature "Girls of the SEC" (Southeastern Conference). She later revealed to the Glamourcon organization that she was still a virgin at the time; she was immediately offered an opportunity to do a Playmate test, but it took two years for her to get up the nerve to follow through on the offer that ultimately made her a Playmate. She went on to win $100,000 on Star Search as their champion spokesmodel in 1986, which led to a Playboy cover and celebrity pictorial in November of the same year. She appeared in Married with Children, episode "Her Cups Runneth Over" (1989) taking her bra off on prime time television and causing a controversy with a Michigan housewife who thought the show was distasteful. She appeared in Can't Buy Me Love with Patrick Dempsey and went on to star in the film, Society with Billy Warlock. DeVasquez has appeared in over 100 commercials and authored the book, The Naked Truth About A Pinup Model which is about pinup modeling and includes an interview with Bettie Page. She is married to Ronn Moss who plays Ridge Forrester on the CBS series, The Bold and The Beautiful.[1] [edit] References
