Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: DPH) is a British-based manufacturer of veterinary products. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The Company was founded in 1997 by way of a management buy-out from Lloyds Chemists.[1] It was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2000.[1]
In 2007 it bought VetXX, a Danish veterinary products business, for £62m.[2]

The Company has two divisions:[3]
- Pharmaceuticals - mainly for dogs, cats and horses; products include Vetoryl for Cushing's disease in dogs and Felimazola for hyperthyroidism in cats
- Services - National Veterinary Services - supply and distribution of veterinary products to veterinary practices; NationWide Laboratories - veterinary laboratory services
