[edit] Career

[edit] Brisbane Broncos

An exciting junior talent from Queensland, Taylor made a seamless transition into the first grade squad of the Broncos winning selection to the Australian Schoolboy team, whilst still attending High School at St Brendan's. Taylor has also previously played in the Queensland Cup competition. In the 2007 NRL season, Taylor scored the try against the Gold Coast Titans which sent the match into golden point extra time, allowing Darren Lockyer to kick the winning field goal. Taylor then followed this performance up with two tries against the Bulldogs in Brisbane's narrow 25-24 loss in round 22. Taylor has made a name for himself as being one of the NRL's hardest hitters and runners. He is touted as future representative player for both Queensland and Australia. He is also exceptionally quick for a man weighing 125 kg being able to run the 100 metres in a shade under 10 seconds making him very hard to tackle one on one.

[edit] South Sydney Rabbitohs

In May 2009, the South Sydney Rabbitohs confirmed the signing of Taylor for three seasons until the end of the 2012 season.[2]
