David Dean Austen (born May 21, 1981 in St. Petersburg, Florida) is a Minor League Baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization, having previously been coached by Eddie Cardieri^[1]. From University of South Florida, he was selected by the Anaheim Angels in 15th Round (450th overall) of 2003 amateur entry draft^[2]. Austen would sign on June 6, 2003. He currently plays for the Class AA Arkansas Travelers. Austen stands at 6"1 and weighs 185 lbs^[3]
