[edit] Youth and College

Weiler grew up in Hudson, Wisconsin, where he was an All State soccer player at Hudson High School. He attended UW Milwaukee, playing on the men’s soccer team from 2003 to 2007, but had injury problems his junior and senior seasons.[1] Weiler spent the 2005 collegiate off-season with the Chicago Fire Reserves of the Premier Development League, and in 2006, he spent the season with the Milwaukee Bavarians of the National Premier Soccer League.

[edit] Professional

Weiler joined Minnesota Thunder of the USL First Division in 2007.

[edit] Personal

Weiler is the only Minnesota Thunder player that has a fan club. Naturally, the club is dubbed, The OFFICIAL Dale Weiler Fan Club. The DWFC has yet to come up with a song, banner, or anything remotely interesting, but, nonetheless, they boast 10 members who regularly show up to Minnesota Thunder games to cheer on their hero.
