D. J. Kennington (born July 15, 1977) is a Canadian racing driver. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 he is running in the NASCAR Nationwide Series part time for MacDonald Motorsports in a Dodge Charger He has over 30 starts but has never cracked the Top 10 in any of them but was close. His Career best Nascar Nasionwide Series finish is 17th in the 2009 Camping World 300 at Daytona. He also won and did very well in the old CASCAR Super Series. In 2004 and 2005 he ran a partial schedule in the USAR Hooters Procup Series.

During this time he drove #17 Castrol sponsored car in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series. He sweet the Barrie Speedway races in 2007 got a pole and ended up Second in the points but in 2008 he ended up going with out a win. In 2009 he won at Delaware from and had a solid season. He also won the pole at Riverside Speedway and won the season finale at Kawartha Speedway. This leading to him finishing 2nd in points.
