D-PAN, The Deaf Performing Artists Network, is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization based in Detroit, Michigan, founded by Sean Forbes and Joel Martin. D-PAN creates music videos featuring deaf and hard-of-hearing performers. Their first video for "Where'd You Go" by Fort Minor, featuring Sean Forbes and Rosina Switras[1] has made a huge impact on YouTube. [2] The 2nd video for D-PAN featured Deaf performers from all over the United States signing to John Meyer's "Waiting on the World to Change" which was met with praise from the deaf community.[3]

D-PAN is currently offering a DVD compilation called "It's Everybody's Music"[4] which includes

  • John Meyer's "Waiting on the World to Change"
  • Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful"
  • Eminem's "Lose Yourself" performed by Sponge
  • Mini - Documentary "Signing Songs: Making of D-PAN Music Videos"
