Cynthia Hall (born April 1, 1951 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is an American model. She is best known as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its March 1971 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by David Chan.

At the time of her Playboy photo session, Cynthia was working as a Bunny at the Playboy Club in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin during which time she appeared in the "Bunnies of 1970" pictorial in the August 1970 issue.

Prior to that, she was a dental assistant and an admirer of Richard Nixon.

After Playboy, Cynthia appeared in one feature film, The Fabulous Doctor Fable (1973).

Cynthia worked with Paul Willies on Coastal Pathways in Virginia Beach in 1990-2, and later started her own alternative newspaper, Dimensions.
