Conception Bay East—Bell Island is a provincial electoral district for the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Primarily rural district that includes economically depressed Bell Island, part of the town of Paradise-St. Thomas and the watershed area along Thorburn Road. Other communities include: Drover Heights, Hogan's Pond, Mitchell’s Pond, Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Round Pound, Windsor Heights. Large commuter population into the St. John's Metro area.
